Eldiam Mediva gives high priority to the processing of personal data and ensures the utmost discretion and privacy within the meaning and effects of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003. According to Art .4 law 196/2003, the term “personal data” means any operation or series of transactions involving the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, the development, modification, selection, extrapolation, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of any information relating to natural or legal persons, corporation or association. The personal information requested on our site are only those expressly provided by users and customers who filled out the application forms for products offered, transmitting them electronically.
