Warranty
All products purchased on our website shall be properly checked and verified prior to shipment and are guaranteed for 12 months for every possible defect and may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any breakages or defects in construction that occurred within 12 months from date of purchase, and for which we are responsible, shall entitle the free replacement after careful review by our experts. The warranty excludes defects resulting from accident, misuse, alteration or unauthorized repair. Every diamond and jewellery bought from us will be issued with a certificate guaranteeing the product characteristics and the same document will also establish the legality of possession.

Right of renunciation
The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. It might be exercised the right of withdrawal within the period mentioned above, through a written communication to our registered office or by email to: info@eldiam.com. The customer has no right of withdrawal in case of supply of products tailor-made or customized and in any case, the withdrawal may be exercised only if the following conditions apply:
- Products must not have signs of prolonged wear, must not show signs of wear, scratches or abrasions that might compromise the MERCHANTABILITY of them as new product.
- The accompanying card, if present at delivery, has been removed or separated from the object. The costs to return the products are the responsibility of Customer.
Eldiam, within 30 days of receipt of products will commit to :
- Return the full price paid by Customer minus shipping cost for any return complete with all its parts and functions;
- Return part price, pending evaluation and minus the shipping cost, for the product returned by customers who have actually worn the product appreciably and / or which significantly diminish the value.
